Raymond, the owner, and his crew did a superb joy cleaning, patching, applying a primer coat, spraying the foam and lastly applying the white elastomeric coating on the roof! I got four bids and his bid was both fair and reasonable! Also, when Raymond did the bid he took pictures of the issues on the roof and took the time to explain exactly the procedure. He also was very patient to answer all the questions I had for him. The other companies that bid on this job took the time that anyone would need to feel secure in the vendor to do this kind of work.
